FeelLinks set includes four dolls representing eight core feelings and one feeling journal. This set was intentionally created to promote growth in emotional intelligence - encouraging children to recognize, understand, label, express and manage their feelings and the feelings of others.

FeelLinks journals support children in reflecting on events, expressing their feelings, looking at others perspectives, gaining empathy, problem solving and more. Growth in emotional intelligence fosters important lifelong skills in self-awareness, social-awareness, self-management and relationship management. These foster areas such as empathy, self-regulation, intrinsic motivation, building social bonds, leadership skills, teamwork, achievement, conflict management and the list goes on!

FeelLinks dolls are 3.5-inches round, double-sided, and represent eight core FeelLinks feelings: Happy/Sad, Proud/Embarrassed, Calm/Excited, and Angry/Scared. Dolls have touchpoints on their head, heart, and belly, to signify places where we feel our emotions. The doll's kid-friendly size, soft tactile fabric, and squeezable texture, make them an engaging tool for children. Their bright colors and coordinating emotive expressions, assist children in labeling their feelings more precisely. Dolls are also beneficial for communicating feelings verbally and non-verbally, role-playing, and regulating feelings through cuddling, squeezing, hugging, taking deep breaths together, and more!

FeelLinks journal was created for little hands, with ample size and durability. Measuring 6.9 x 9.8 inches, made from eco-friendly recycled paper, with a hardback cover and lay flat spine. This journal contains 195 vibrant, colorfully designed pages for your child to express their feelings through drawing and/or writing. Journal includes: an adult section containing FeelLinks goals, importance of emotional intelligence, guide to using FeelLinks, and more. Next, the child's portion contains creative 'fun pages' focused around self and feelings, ‘words to grow on’, 60 full-page spread feeling journal pages, feeling definitions, and more. Research shows that expressive journaling helps us understand, label, and manage emotions. Daily journaling is a healthy practice, but we understand that it might not always be achievable. We suggest using FeelLinks journal how it best fits your child's needs.

FeelLinks eight core feelings are meant to be built upon with support of the journal. Expanding emotional vocabulary, allows for greater specificity in labeling feelings. This helps us to understand, manage, and accept feelings in ourselves and others; also giving adults a better understanding of how to support a child's needs.
